Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Develop job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms.
Conduct employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
Maintain employee personnel files.
Handle resignations, exit interviews, and final settlements.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Ensure a healthy and inclusive workplace environment.
Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and HRMS updates.
Ensure company policies comply with labor laws and HR standards.
Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
