Job Title: HR Executive (Male Candidate Only)

2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

We are looking for an HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience to handle both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and capable of managing hiring requirements independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (70%)

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews Manage end-to-end recruitment process

HR Operations (30%)

Employee onboarding & documentation Maintaining HR records Basic HR admin tasks

Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant HR experience Strong communication skills Male candidate only (due to shift & operational requirements) Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
