Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with relevant teams.
Maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruitment databases.
Assist in onboarding and HR operational tasks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of hiring trends and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
