Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding.
Maintain employee records and attendance systems (LMS).
Assist in payroll coordination and compliance tasks.
Support employee engagement and performance monitoring.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Management or related field.
1-3 years of HR operations or generalist experience.
Knowledge of HRMS / attendance tools preferred.
Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
