The HR professional will be responsible for managing the company's human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will help build a positive work culture and ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are accurate and up to date.
Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions with confidentiality and fairness.
Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Assist management in workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
(Optional) HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or PHR is an advantage.
Proven experience in HR or related administrative role (1-5 years for Officer/Executive; 5+ years for Manager).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar).
