The Human Resources professional will be responsible for managing the organization's HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws. The goal is to ensure a positive workplace culture and an effective workforce aligned with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
o
Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet staffing needs.
Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Conduct background checks and reference verification.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
2. Employee Relations
o
Act as the point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Promote positive employee relations and resolve conflicts fairly.
Organize team-building activities and engagement programs.
3. Performance Management
o
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching support.
Assist managers in setting performance goals and KPIs.
4. Training & Development
o
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
5. HR Policy & Compliance
o
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Manage employee records, attendance, and leave administration.
6. Payroll & Benefits Administration
o
Collaborate with the finance team to process payroll accurately.
Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, leave, and bonuses.
7. HR Reporting & Analytics
o
Prepare HR metrics and reports for management.
Analyze trends to recommend improvements in HR practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
o
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
5-10 years of experience in HR roles
Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
