Handle onboarding and induction of new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Coordinate the exit process, conduct exit interviews, and prepare full & final settlements.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
Maintain and manage employee data for audits, reporting, and statutory compliance.
Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, relieving, etc.).
Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Ensure proper documentation and filing for audits and internal controls.
Handle background verification and reference checks.
Update HR systems with employee data and support HR tech implementations.
Generate HR-related reports and MIS as per business needs.
Assist in organizing employee welfare activities, birthdays, and festival celebrations.
Support grievance handling and employee query resolutions.
