Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new staff. Maintain employee database and personnel files. Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional manner. Foster a positive and healthy work environment. Maintain attendance records and leave management. Coordinate with accounts for timely salary processing. Conduct performance reviews and maintain appraisal records. Assist in setting employee goals and KPIs. Identify training needs and organize staff development sessions or workshops. Ensure adherence to HR policies, code of conduct, and organizational rules. Update and communicate new policies to staff. Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.). Keep all employee documents, contracts, and forms updated. Organize employee welfare activities, celebrations, and events to maintain morale. Handle resignations, clearances, and full & final settlements. Conduct exit interviews for feedback and improvement. Support management in manpower planning, HR strategy, and decision-making

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
