Manage end-to-end recruitment for workers, staff, and management positions.
Prepare and post job openings on various portals and coordinate with consultants.
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
Handle joining formalities, issue offer/appointment letters, and maintain employee files.
Conduct induction programs for new hires.
Monitor daily attendance of employees through biometric or manual registers.
Maintain shift schedules and ensure proper overtime recording.
Verify and process attendance reports for payroll.
Handle leave applications and update leave balances regularly.
Coordinate with department heads for attendance discrepancies.
