Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Assist with on boarding and off boarding processes, including preparing and collecting necessary documentation.
Manage employee attendance and leave records.
Support HR administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, verification letters, and HR reports.
Assist in payroll processing and resolve any payroll-related queries.
Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience.
Skills Needed:-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
