Position Overview:
We are looking for a
fresher HR Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about human resources and have a
basic knowledge of social media
for recruitment and employer branding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
Create and share hiring updates or HR content on social media platforms.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
