We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Organize and conduct onboarding and orientation sessions.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries.
Support in handling grievances and disciplinary actions under supervision.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical).
Manage attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with payroll for timely processing of salaries.
Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations and labor laws.
Assist in audits and HR-related inspections.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
Performance Management:
Assist in performance review cycles.
Track probation and confirmation periods.
Help identify training and development needs.
Engagement & Welfare:
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Support wellness and employee welfare initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
Knowledge of HRMS systems is a plus.
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
