The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding staff.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Support performance appraisal systems and staff development programs.
Organize staff training, workshops, and orientation sessions.
Address employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Plan employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive work culture.
Coordinate with various departments to meet staffing and administrative needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
2-4 years of relevant HR experience
(preferably in the education sector, but not mandatory).
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
