Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
Maintain employee records & HR documentation
Manage payroll, attendance & leave tracking
Drive employee engagement activities
Address employee grievances & concerns
Assist in HR policy drafting & implementation
Ensure compliance with labor laws & statutory norms
Coordinate training & development programs
Support performance appraisal process
Manage resignations, exit interviews & F&F settlements
Prepare HR reports, MIS & dashboards
Conduct employee induction & orientation
Communicate HR policies to staff
Ensure workplace health, safety & welfare
Align HR practices with organizational goals
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
Problem-solving and employee relation management skills.
