Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update
HR databases, employee records, and HRIS systems
with accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee
attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
in collaboration with the accounts/finance team.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws, HR policies, and company regulations
.
Support performance management processes, including
appraisals and feedback cycles
.
Plan and execute
employee engagement activities
to enhance workplace culture.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide timely resolution.
Assist in developing and implementing
HR policies, processes, and best practices
.
Partner with business leaders to address HR needs that support organizational growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
1-3 years of HR experience
, preferably in the
e-commerce or retail industry

Strong understanding of
recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
.
Proficiency in
MS Office and HRMS tools
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
