Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure timely processing of payroll and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Draft, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
Handle grievance management and support a positive workplace culture.
Assist in performance appraisal process and prepare related reports.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
Ensure smooth implementation of HR systems and practices.
Support management in HR planning and strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).
1-3 years of proven experience as HR Executive or HR Generalist.
Good knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
