Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Handle employee engagement activities, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Support payroll processing and maintain attendance & leave management systems.
Assist in training & development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Act as a point of contact between management and employees, promoting a positive work culture.
