The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HR documentation.
Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking.
Support performance management processes (appraisals, feedback collection, etc.).
Handle employee queries and grievances with confidentiality and empathy.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Collaborate with managers to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
Conduct training sessions, orientations, and HR-related workshops.
Generate and share HR reports with management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
Knowledge of HR laws, payroll practices, and employee lifecycle management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
