Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Coordinate performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on setting goals and providing feedback.
Manage payroll and employee benefits.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on key metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
