Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal details, attendance, leaves, payroll data, etc.) in HR software and internal systems.
Ensure the smooth documentation process for new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
Regularly update and audit HR databases for data integrity and compliance.
Monitor and track employee attendance, absenteeism, and leave requests.
Coordinate with managers to ensure proper leave approvals and ensure adherence to company policies regarding leave.
Maintain and update the leave management system to ensure accuracy.
Assist in the processing of monthly payroll by gathering and verifying employee attendance, overtime, bonuses, and other payroll-related information.
Ensure timely submission of payroll-related documents and support compliance with statutory deductions (e.g., tax, provident fund).
Liaise with the finance department to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational HR policies, and regulatory requirements in daily HR operations.
Support the execution of periodic audits to ensure HR processes align with legal requirements and best practices.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation as per organizational needs.
Continuously evaluate existing HR workflows and processes to identify areas for operational improvement.
Assist in streamlining HR operations to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies in HR tasks.
Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for various HR functions (attendance, leave, documentation, etc.).
Coordinate with employees regarding benefits (e.g., insurance, bonuses, other perks) and ensure smooth processing.
Support the management of benefits programs, including updating employee records, processing claims, and liaising with external vendors.
Serve as the first point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries, providing operational guidance and resolving issues related to HR policies, attendance, payroll, and benefits.
Assist in communicating HR initiatives, changes in policy, or updates to the team.
