Conduct training & development sessions for employees.
Handle payroll, attendance, and basic accounting tasks.
Assist in day-to-day operations and employee engagement activities.
Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR professional.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of accounting.
Prior experience in employee training & development is a must.
