Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced HR professional to manage our recruitment and HR activities, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and support talent retention.

HR Operations:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll coordination, attendance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Employee Engagement:

Develop and implement initiatives that support team morale, performance, and a positive work culture.

Compliance & Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, and support regulatory reporting as required.

Performance Management:

Manage performance review cycles and provide support in employee development and training initiatives.

Qualifications

Holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.

1+ years exp. of in-house HR experience, with expertise in recruitment and HR operations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
