The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth hiring processes aligned with organizational needs. Additionally, the HR Executive will handle employee records, attendance management, performance evaluations, and grievance redressal while maintaining a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and sound knowledge of HR operations. Candidates with an MBA in HR or a related field, will be preferred.
