Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
Conduct induction programs, training, and employee engagement activities.
Handle grievance redressal and employee relations effectively.
Coordinate performance appraisals and career development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR roles (recruitment & generalist preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office & HR software/tools.
