Role: HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations to help us scale and retain top talent in the IT and marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Manage HR operations including employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in performance management and appraisal processes. Support management in creating and implementing HR policies. Build and maintain a positive work culture.

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of HR experience in

IT & Marketing recruitment

. Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple roles including recruitment and HR operations. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
