The Role:
We are looking for an
HR Executive
to join our client's HR team in Noida, reporting to the
Associate Director - HR
.
This role will have a strong focus on
Talent Acquisition
, especially during peak hiring quarters, while also handling
general HR responsibilities
such as onboarding, documentation, MIS, and employee engagement during lean periods.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the
end-to-end recruitment process
- sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and build talent pipelines.
Manage smooth
onboarding & induction
experiences for new hires.
Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and support compliance needs.
Assist in engagement initiatives and contribute to broader HR projects.
Who We're Looking For:
1-2 years of
hands-on recruitment experience
(tech/IT hiring preferred).
Strong willingness to continue in
Talent Acquisition
as a career path.
Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of HR operations (onboarding, MIS, documentation) is an advantage.
