Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Staffing:

Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Onboarding & Induction:

Facilitate new hire onboarding and documentation. Conduct employee orientation sessions and ensure smooth induction.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events. Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.

HR Operations:

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. Support payroll inputs (attendance, leave records, etc.). Assist in statutory compliance and HR audits.

Performance Management:

Coordinate appraisal cycles and feedback collection. Support managers in performance improvement plans.

Policy & Compliance:

Ensure HR policies are communicated and implemented effectively. Assist in labor law compliance, PF, ESIC, and related statutory requirements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
