Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters).
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
Maintain employee records, HRIS database, and statutory compliance.
Support payroll preparation and attendance management.
Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.
