21GenX is seeking a proactive and energetic HR Executive.
This is a full-time office-based role, designed for individuals who are passionate about talent sourcing, confident in outreach and skilled at managing end-to-end admin operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Hiring-
Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Indeed, Internshala) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
Post job descriptions, screen applications and manage the interview pipeline.
Conduct initial telephonic/video screenings to shortlist potential hires.
Collaborate with department heads to fulfill ongoing manpower requirements.
Handle other back office and admin tasks on a daily basis
General HR Support-
Maintain accurate records of hiring activity and daily progress reports.
Ensure timely follow-ups, candidate communication and onboarding-offboarding coordination.
Work closely with the core HR team to meet monthly hiring goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (specialization in HR is a plus).
Prior experience in recruitment, HR coordination or talent acquisition preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment-related events, when required.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, job posting platforms and LinkedIn.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring tasks in parallel.
