Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups)
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
Manage job postings on portals and social media
Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates
Maintain candidate databases and pipeline
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records
Handle onboarding and induction process for new joiners
Manage employee queries and resolve basic HR-related issues
Support in documentation, HR letters (offer, increment, relieving), and compliance
Payroll:
Collate and validate attendance, leaves, and overtime data
Coordinate with the finance team/payroll vendor for salary processing
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
6 months to 2 years of experience in HR (recruitment, operations & payroll)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HRMS tools or Excel for basic data handling
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
