Handle complete
employee life cycle
including
onboarding, induction, payroll, leave management, and exit formalities
.
Coordinate and support in
joining formalities
and maintain employee records accurately.
Prepare and release
offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents
.
Administer and monitor
attendance and leave management systems
.
Ensure accurate and timely
payroll processing
in coordination with the finance team.
Drive and support
employee engagement initiatives
to enhance workplace culture.
Conduct
induction programs
for new joiners and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Maintain HR databases, reports, and trackers using
MS Excel
and HR tools.
Provide support in HR policies, compliance, and grievance handling.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of
HR operations
and employee life cycle management.
Strong knowledge of
payroll, leave management, and statutory compliances
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and HR-related reporting.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
.
Strong
interpersonal skills
with the ability to engage with employees across levels.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualification:
Graduate / Post-Graduate in
Human Resources / MBA (HR) or equivalent
.
Relevant experience in
HR operations / generalist profile
preferred.
