HR Executive
who can help us build a strong team and streamline HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding) for multiple roles across departments.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and assist with payroll coordination.
Process Building:
Standardize HR policies, set up efficient hiring workflows, and ensure smooth operations.
Employee Engagement:
Support initiatives that create a positive and productive workplace.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
HR experience
(preferably in recruitment and HR operations).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage hiring for diverse roles.
Knowledge of HR software/portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed is a plus.
