We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and day-to-day HR support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and handling queries.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation.
Handle employee engagement activities, grievance management, and exit formalities.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Provide day-to-day support to employees and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in HR operations or as an HR Executive.
Good knowledge of HR processes and policies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
