Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various departments
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms
Conduct reference checks and background verifications
Support onboarding and documentation process for new hires
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records
Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and employment contracts
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
Coordinate with different departments for HR needs
Help organize training and development programs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
