Location:

Sector 64, Noida

Experience:

6 months - 1 year

Industry Preference:

Real Estate (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary:

Up to ?3 LPA (based on experience & skill set)

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports Assist with onboarding and general HR activities

What We're Looking For

6-12 months of experience in recruitment Prior experience in real estate recruitment will be a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in hiring tools and platforms A proactive and result-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
