Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and generate reports as required.
HR Operations :-
Policy Creation
: Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Employee Engagement
: Plan and execute engagement initiatives to boost employee morale, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Salary Negotiation
: Support in salary discussions and negotiations during offer rollout.
Employee Retention
: Identify retention strategies, conduct exit interviews, and analyze trends to improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of HR software/tools (e.g., ATS, HRMS) is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
