We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance, and basic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and attendance
Assist in payroll processing and compliance
Organize training and team-building activities
Ensure adherence to company HR policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR tools is a plus
