Understand hiring requirements for various verticals such as Sales, Credit, Collections, Operations, etc.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, Naukri.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and respective departments.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment progress through internal systems or Excel trackers.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements and TAT.
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
Coordinate with onboarding, HR operations, and documentation teams for smooth joining.
Maintain MIS reports and provide regular updates to HR and business heads.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and background verification processes.
Stay updated with industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
