Key Responsibilities:
Handle
recruitment lifecycle
: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offer roll-out, and onboarding.
Maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases.
Assist in developing and implementing
HR policies and procedures

Manage
attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
.
Address
employee queries and grievances
in a timely and professional manner.
Support
performance management
and appraisal processes.
Plan and execute
employee engagement activities
and initiatives.
Coordinate with department heads for
manpower planning

Ensure compliance with
labour laws and company regulations
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
1 years of experience in an HR role.
Knowledge of
HR functions
(leave management, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to maintain
confidentiality
and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and HRMS systems.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with
