The ideal candidate will support the HR department in all HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. You will act as a key point of contact for employee queries and help ensure a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and HRIS systems.
Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
Process payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll departments.
Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution efforts.
Track and manage attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
Assist with training and development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
