? Support current and anticipated business requirements by acquiring fresh talent, ringfencing
the key talent, and engaging meaningfully with the employees.
? Lead and support HR initiatives towards enhancing employee experience, building brand equity through campus &social media connects and ensuring effective employee communications.
? Execute the HR processes of Performance Management, and others in letter & spirit.
? Maintain and publish HR trackers and dashboards to take informed, data-based decisions on talent strategy.
What you MUST have
? High energy and enthusiasm to thrive in fast paced, start-up ecosystem.
? Graduate / post graduate degree in HR or substantial experience to be able to waive the
"degree" credential.
? Problem solving approach, ability to take ownership and collaborating with stakeholders with business goals in mind
