Support current and anticipated business requirements by acquiring fresh talent, ringfencing
the key talent, and engaging meaningfully with the employees.
Lead and support HR initiatives towards enhancing employee experience, building brand equity through campus &social media connects and ensuring effective employee communications.
Execute the HR processes of Performance Management, and others in letter & spirit.
Maintain and publish HR trackers and dashboards to take informed, data-based decisions on talent strategy.
What you MUST have
High energy and enthusiasm to thrive in fast paced, start-up ecosystem.
Graduate / post graduate degree in HR or substantial experience to be able to waive the
"degree" credential.
Problem solving approach, ability to take ownership and collaborating with stakeholders with business goals in mind
