Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process management Sourcing and screening candidates Coordinating interviews and follow-ups Maintaining candidate databases Working closely with department heads for hiring needs

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (Talent Acquisition) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and deliver targets on time Immediate joiners preferred
