Key Responsibilities:
Handle payroll management, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Address employee queries and grievances effectively.
Conduct employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work environment.
Manage training and development programs for employee growth.
Maintain HR records and generate reports as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3-4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred:
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
Experience in employee relations and grievance handling.
