Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing daily HR operations, supporting HR policies and procedures, and assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies). Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Administer HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, performance reviews, and exit interviews. Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives. Handle payroll support tasks and ensure accurate attendance and leave records. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Address employee queries regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations. Maintain HR databases, reports, and documentation as needed. Support training and development programs.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role (1-3 years preferred). Familiarity with HR software and HRMS systems. Familiar with knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. High level of integrity and ability to keep confidential information.

Preferred Skills:



Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.

Pay: ?10,360.70 - ?35,000.00 per month
