to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain employee records and databases
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Manage payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Assist in employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficient in MS Office
