This is an Administration Job requiring coordinating with various departments within the firm and clients to ensure delivery of good service to clients. The job will require interacting with senior members of every department and management on a daily basis and ensuring no operational gaps arise.
Skillset required and Job responsibilities-
1) Excellent Communication skills.
2) Leadership skills.
3) HR Activities - Certain Hr. activities like Hiring, Maintaining Training schedules, Updating , Interviews, Record keeping for all employees , etc are some of the Hr activities expected from this role.
4) Other Admin activities such a maintaining office records, stationary etc may also fall within the scope of work.
