Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain employee records, HR database, and documentation.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Address employee grievances and provide support for conflict resolution.
Draft and update HR policies, letters, and official communications.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Support management in workforce planning and HR strategy implementation.
