JD:
1) Responsible for complete recruitment cycle. Sourcing & Short-listing profiles from job portals, references, & other source.
2) Keeping the track for expected joinees. Follow up with candidate for joining post offer.
3) Conducting employee orientation for new joinee. Generation of Employee code, Employee ID Cards etc.
Preparing Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Experience letters.
4) Maintaining personal records.
5) Day to Day administration work
6) Preparing MIS
7) Training
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
