Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and onboarding of faculty and non-teaching staff
Coordinating interviews, demos, and selection processes
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Handling attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Managing compliance-related documentation (AICTE/UGC/University norms)
Supporting training, induction, and employee engagement activities
Acting as a liaison between management, faculty, and staff
Required Skills & Experience:
Prior HR experience in an
educational institution
is mandatory
Good knowledge of academic hiring and faculty recruitment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with HR policies, compliance, and institutional norms
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a structured environment
Qualification:
MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred
