Manage
joining, induction, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities

Ensure compliance with
labour laws and statutory requirements
(PF, ESI, Gratuity, Leave, etc.)
Assist in
payroll coordination
, attendance, and leave management.
Handle
employee engagement activities
, grievance handling, and HR communication.
Support implementation of
HR policies and procedures

Act as a point of contact between management and employees for HR-related matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
.
Minimum
2 years of experience
as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
Good understanding of
HR operations, recruitment, and compliance
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
